About Me

My name’s Greg and I have trained everyone from 19 year old ballet dancers to 66 year old grandfathers and everyone in between. As long as we can progress together, I don’t care what your fitness background is.

When not in the gym, I love going to punk shows, spending time with my fiance and our cats, and seeing as much of my friends and family as possible.

  2. I especially like the “Push yourself to the max!” directive. I know I’m at my max when my muscles start shaking and my body gives out. Otherwise, it’s all psychological baby…and I’m not only a member…I’m the President of THAT! lol
