What is your background?
Former couch potato turned health nut.
Over the course of my personal training career I have trained everyone from 19 year old ballet dancers to 66 year old grandfathers. I trained many people with injuries, disabilities, and all different types of backgrounds. I’d love to train you too.
Do you have any specialty certifications?
I currently have a Personal Training certification with NCSF (National Council On Strength and Fitness), I am certified in Pre/Post Natal, Kettlebells, Group Fitness with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), and through Red Cross I am CPR certified.
What is your fitness philosophy?
Train til failure (extreme fatigue), or fail to train.
I have never worked out in a long time. Is training for me?
It’s all good. We start slow and as the weeks go by you and I will build up a sturdy foundation that will help us tackle any imperfections, imbalances, or any obstacles that stand in our way for you to reach your fitness goals.
